VAIV Company: Leading the Charge with Profiling Artificial Intelligence for Global Expansion

In a rapidly evolving tech landscape, VAIV Company is poised to leverage “profiling artificial intelligence” (AI) as a pivotal growth engine, aiming for global expansion and a significant earnings rebound. In a recent interview, CEO Kim Kyeong-seo shared insights on how the company plans to navigate this challenging terrain, especially in the beauty industry.

Understanding Profiling AI

Profiling AI is a groundbreaking technology that enables users to swiftly access summarized data on influencers or experts in various fields. This is particularly valuable for businesses needing to sift through vast amounts of information about numerous individuals in a short time frame. By harnessing this technology, VAIV aims to revolutionize how beauty influencers are identified and connected to brands.

A Unique Opportunity in the Beauty Industry

Kim highlighted a substantial business opportunity at the intersection of profiling AI and the global beauty market. Recently, VAIV launched WHOTAG — an AI-driven beauty influencer search platform designed to cater to the booming beauty industry. As the platform moves into full service mode, it is increasingly targeting marketers and industry officials looking for effective ways to connect with beauty influencers.

"We realized that conventional AI services focusing solely on large language models (LLMs) are no longer viable," Kim stated. This realization led VAIV to create a specialized platform for the beauty sector, differentiating itself from traditional AI offerings.

WHOTAG: A Game Changer

WHOTAG officially launched its full service in late October, following a successful beta version that opened in August. This unique platform searches and compiles a list of beauty influencers based on user requests, showcasing VAIV’s comprehensive profiling of almost all global beauty influencers prior to launch.

The strategic focus on markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and emerging beauty markets in Southeast Asia reflects VAIV’s ambition to capture significant market share rapidly. Kim expressed confidence in VAIV’s ability to connect marketers with local influencers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its reach.

Diversifying Revenue Streams

While the beauty industry serves as the launchpad for VAIV’s global expansion, Kim envisions a broader application of profiling AI. "The beauty industry is the first chapter of our global expansion," he explained, with plans to branch into other sectors utilizing their expertise in AI technology.

Financial Outlook and Growth Strategy

Despite experiencing an operating loss of 6 billion won ($4.2 million) in 2024, VAIV is on a path to recovery. Kim anticipates a reduction in losses by 50% this year, thanks to the improved profitability of its AI services. The company has set an ambitious sales target of 20 billion won for 2025.

Kim emphasized that VAIV is not merely chasing quantitative growth; instead, the focus is on delivering high-quality services. "Now is not the time for us to discuss specific earnings targets, as many AI firms face survival risks," he noted. By embracing the current AI paradigm shift, VAIV aims to reinvigorate its operations and carve out a sustainable future.

Conclusion

VAIV Company’s innovative use of profiling artificial intelligence positions it well to make a significant impact in the global beauty industry. With the launch of WHOTAG and a clear growth strategy, VAIV is not just navigating the competitive landscape of AI; it is redefining it. As the company prepares for its next phase of expansion, the future looks promising for this trailblazer in the AI field. As Kim Kyeong-seo aptly summarized, "We will utilize the current AI paradigm shift as a chance for our rebound," signaling a new era for VAIV Company.
