In a groundbreaking move to expand its academic offerings, the Indiana University Board of Trustees has approved two new undergraduate degrees at IU Bloomington during its September meeting. This initiative not only aligns with the university’s commitment to enhancing engineering programs but also responds to the growing workforce demands across diverse fields. The newly approved degrees are the Bachelor of Science in Robotics and the Bachelor of Science in Sports Media.

Bachelor of Science in Robotics: A Step into the Future

The Bachelor of Science in Robotics will be housed within the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, marking a significant investment in human-centered engineering.
