Expedia has not overlooked the importance of conversational discovery either. The updated AI Agent on the Hotels.com app is designed to leverage the company’s extensive travel data. Additionally, if a consumer wishes to alter a reservation, the agent will prompt contextually relevant options to assist with those changes.
