This is complemented by a matrix of gantry robots, collaborative robots (cobots), and custom devices that perform complex high-mix operations without the delays typically caused by re-tooling.

To guarantee 24/7 uptime and further support this integrated system, Guozi has implemented contact-free power rails, ensuring that the robots can operate continuously without interruptions.

Seamless Integration and Coordination

At the heart of this project is Guozi’s self-developed Line-Side Control System (LCS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which facilitate effortless data integration between shop-floor devices and plant management. This integration is crucial for achieving real-time visibility and control over the production processes.

Further enhancing the workflow is a three-dimensional distribution network created by Guozi, where materials are categorized into large, medium, small, and standard parts. Thanks to innovations like ANTS lifting Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), PICKING multi-layer robots, and heavy-duty carriers, the system interacts automatically with storage configurations like racks, pallets, and bins.

A standout feature of the project lies in Guozi’s AI-driven RCS (Robot Control System), which coordinates hundreds of AGVs with centimeter-level accuracy. This advanced system supports multiple call-for-parts modes and integrates dynamic storage with smart picking, providing unparalleled end-to-end visibility from the warehouse to the workstation.
